Junior Shop Manager- HSE

　　Description

　　Provides technical support on health, safety and environmental to production and site personnel under the guidance of the site HSE leader. Assists in the review and sustainability of Health, Safety and Environmental Management Systems.

　　Assists in reporting any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard through internal reporting processes.

　　Support the implementation and maintenance of hazard identification, incident investigation and risk assessment processes.

　　Communicate effectively to create HSE awareness.

　　Participates in environmental management activities.

　　Perform basic administrative tasks as required.

　　Gathers data for the analysis of HSE related trends.

　　Education, Licenses, Certifications

　　High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

　　College, University or equivalent degree in Industrial Safety, Environmental Management, or Sustainability preferred.

　　Experience

　　Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

　　To carry out HSE inspections in order to observethe physical conditions of work and the work practices and procedure followedby workers and to render advice on measure to be adopted for removing theunsafe physical conditions and preventing unsafe action by workers and preventionof pollution; Supports work related to Environment IncidentAnalysis, compliance with environment norms & regulations, Tracking ofEnvironment O&T goals, PLANET-2050 Goals Follow safety requirements- LOTO, MachineGuarding, Chemical Safety Management in ETP/STP Area

　　4.Operation& Maintenance of ETP/STP -ZeroLiquid Discharge plant and other HSE activities

　　To involve in reporting and investigationof incidents in IMS Enablon. To do the incidents analysis andcommunicate the fast track (investigation form) and analysed data to allconcerned; To involve in HSE campaigns, Competitions,contest and other activities which will develop and maintain the interest ofthe workers in establishing and maintaining safe working condition.
