What do you contribute?
As "Junior Sales Manager (f/m/d)" for our "Commuter and Regional" business segment, you will work at the interfaces to the national companies, Headquarters Sales and the Bids department.
You will carry out market analyses to identify and evaluate new sales opportunities and enter these in our CRM tool "Dynamics". This is done in coordination with our sales departments and national companies.
You will support the development of sales strategies for entering new markets.
You will also be involved in the strategic planning process, including the creation and maintenance of the product roadmap and the sales radar.
As part of the annual customer survey, the NPS (Net Promotor Score) survey, you coordinate the activities within the business segment, carry out evaluations and support the definition of measures. You will also plan and coordinate customer and internal events.
You will prepare and follow up internal meetings, create presentations and coordinate follow-up activities with the Business Segment's management team.
You will be responsible for non-conformance cost (NCC) management within the business segment.
What do you bring along?
You have completed a Master's degree in business administration or engineering.
In addition, you have initial experience in strategic business development, in the sales environment or in project management, ideally with reference to rail vehicles or comparable products/systems, which you have gained e.g. through a working student position.
During your studies, you have already worked with heterogeneous teams and coordinated with different stakeholders.
You have experienced communication and presentation skills that enable you to communicate professionally at management level.
Your English is fluent, good German skills are a plus.
