If you are a customer support, project-minded professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Brantford, Ontario location, you will support the Customer Support department and the Business development team with all project coordination initiatives. Helping to coordinate our projects through multiple stages and departments, project planning and implementation, ensure that the project is delivered on schedule and within requirements.
AS A JUNIOR CUSTOMER SUCCESS COORDINATOR, YOU WILL:
Coordinate logging and tracking of customer recoveries. Connect with internal and external recovery customers as the need arises.
Escalate customer concerns as needed.
Set up Customers and vendors, collect and enter PO’s for customers and vendors, follow up with procurement on product deliveries, follow through on warranties, RMA’s, service billings, etc.
Manage, organize & classify data on various software platforms relative to projects and industrial part reporting.
Liaise with operations, shipping, sales managers, and technical product support staff.
Communicate internally and externally with project members, stakeholders, and customers. Requirements/expectations/results Ensure client’s expectations are met at project completion. Facilitate project close-out and billing.
Follow up on outstanding project results to ensure compliance with timelines.
Communicate through various mediums on reporting/tracking project execution and logistics.
Provide backup for other communicators.
Proficient user of Oracle, Salesforce, MS-Excel, SharePoint, Verisae, BrandM8 and MS-Teams. This is not an exclusive list.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
College/University Degree or equivalent years of hands-on experience
1-3 years of client-facing experience
Strong Organizational Skills; multi-tasking, time-management, self-starter
Proficiency with productivity tools (ie: PowerPoint, Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, Oracle) or a willingness to learn
Ability to work in a fast-paced, and collaborative environment
Access to a personal vehicle, with valid drivers license to visit customer sites and travel 10%
Authorization to work in Canada without the need for sponsorship now or in the future
