As a Junior Category Manager you'll be responsible for responsible for strategizing, developing, and implementing plans to drive sales and maximize profitability within specific product categories.

What you'll do Plan and develop D2C sales strategies that drive sales, margin and inventory goalsTranslate ideas into profitable, promotional marketing programsContinuously monitor and adjust sales forecast based on historical performance and market trends to ensure in-stock positionConduct financial analysis of business opportunities to drive internal initiatives that meet and exceed sales goalsDevelop and update category and SKU sales forecasts and closely monitor sell-throughsYour qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related fieldProven experience in category management, retail merchandising, or related fieldsStrong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.Excellent communication and negotiation abilitiesMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.Our candidate profile is just a guide. Salary: $88,425 - $129,690 USD
Bonus: target bonus opportunity - 10%
