　　Food Engineer - 1 Year Contract

　　Ensure business compliance with technical food and beverages regulations across RO, BG, Republica Moldova/EUSupport the business in execution innovation and refresh/ update projects

　　Responsibilities

　　Is up to day with RO and EU legislationWorking closely with R&D, MK, PPGA, RA, LegalAct as a regulatory resourceEnsure product and packaging compliance with technical food regulations including review and approval of ingredients and implementation of new regulatory requirements, including labellingDevelop labelling file in line with RO and EU legislationCAST / food system check/approve recipe, develop label setKeep up to day RA data base

　　Qualifications

　　Fluent functional knowledge in regulatory areas: EU and local legislations, all aspects related to food production, food additives, claims and communication to consumers.Good orientation in regulatory differences within CEGB. University decree in Food or Nutrition Science/Technology, Food Chemistry or similar.Fluency in English. Strong skills in standard office software.
