Job Description
An employer is looking to add a Jr. Data Analyst to their team in St. Louis, MO. This person will join a team of analysts that is responsible for validating information on customer accounts in their agent portal. This team receives tickets through their internal ticketing system, with new configuration requests and is responsible for building what is being requested. They will complete the build, submit for peer review, and once it has been tested, it will be deployed. They must be able to manage multiple tasks and work against strict deadlines. A majority of their time will be spent doing the build and working tasks from their ticketing system.
Skills and Requirements
Strong analytical skills, preferably analyzing billing data (the data they will be analyzing is specific to our client's customer data)
Strong excel skills (need to be fluent in v-lookups, manipulating files, macros, and pivot tables, functions, and formulas)
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines Strong SQL skills (need to be able to run queries and modify pre-built queries)
Experience working with billing systems is highly preferred (CSG or ICOMS)
Previous Charter/Spectrum experience, where they were working in ACSR or Vantage
