Job Description
* Contribute managing Level 2 (L2) production support tickets in Jira.
* Work with product on establishing work priorities.
* Investigate defects or poor user experiences by tracing through data integrations, application datastores, and tracing through software code.
* Remediate data or code issues.
* Absorb and learn from mentor team members.
Run and manage cloud infrastructure partnering with internal DevOps team
Skills and Requirements
* 6 months' professional software application experience.
* 6 months' experience delivering within agile development methodology.
* Strong demonstrated coding ability of at least one modern software language: Java, Go, Python, Javascript.
* Experience with multiple front-end browser-based web technologies: Angular, React, Webpack.
* Knowledgeable comprehension of database query languages: SQL and NoSQL Jira null
