Become a Joint Pole Clerk at Southern California Edison (SCE) and build a better tomorrow. The Joint Pole Clerk will support Edison's Joint Pole Organization in its efforts to complete and coordinate legal binding agreements within Transmission and Distribution Power Delivery jurisdictions for overhead assets.

A day in the life - Get ready to think big, work smart and shine bright!
Act as the primary liaison and process and analyze accounting data to ensure accuracy of joint pole authorizations. Present, complete, and track forms associated with joint pole authorizations. Communicate considerately and effectively with member utilities, team members, other organizations, and various levels of management regarding joint use practices. Maintain a safety conscious work environment by following Edison safety protocols and safe work practices. Perform other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The essentials
Two or more years of advanced administrative experience supporting a project or program Experience handling data for a project or program which includes gathering, inputting, and reviewing data
The preferred
Knowledge and prior use of instruction manuals and sections pertinent to joint pole authorizations Field experience and/or understanding of field construction activities and procedures, including work order, and mapping Decision making ability, along with problem solving skills Ability to integrate work across relevant areas with attention to detail, develop the business and services to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency, handle risks appropriately, develop and complete business plans, manage information, and provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
