Robert Half is seeking an attorney with antitrust experience to assist our client with an ongoing legal research initiative.
Project information:
Start: February 2024
Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension
Pay: $45/hour
Location: Remote
Hours: 20-30 hours per week
Responsibilities include:
Our client is looking for an antitrust attorney with recent practice experience in a large law firm to edit and create “how-to” type sophisticated practical guidance and annotated forms relevant to the practice of U.S. antitrust law.
Requirements:
Law degree from a U.S. accredited law school and attorney registration in good standing with at least one U.S. bar.
Minimum of five years of attorney experience focused on U.S. antitrust laws, including recent large law firm practice experience advising on merger control filings, antitrust compliance, government enforcement proceedings, and/or private litigation.
Recent and intimate knowledge of antitrust regulation and trends, as well as familiarity with antitrust attorney workflow.
Excellent drafting, editing, legal analysis, and writing skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to complete assigned projects by prescribed deadlines.
Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a detail-oriented environment.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience practicing antitrust law in the US in order to be considered for this position.
