　　JOB SUMMARY:

　　Primary responsibility for developing and overseeing the architectural production activities within the zone and provides an introduction to project management.

　　PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

　　- Provide direction, management and ownership of all drafting activity for assigned architectural projects.

　　- Responsible for Quality control on assigned projects.

　　- Support training and development of direct reports.

　　- Understand and support other functional areas of PulteGroup.

　　- Manage drawings in Pultegroup CAD systems.

　　- Utilize common tool sets as defined within PulteGroup.

　　- Perform additional job functions as assigned by Supervisor.

　　- Ensure development of compliant working drawings within the zone from both internal and external resources.

　　- Utilizes recruiting and selection tools/processes to build organizational talent
