Position holder will oversee developing, planning, executing and refining the product strategy that coincides with the marketing plan.

PRODUCT MARKETING
Manage the full spectrum of the product line, executing strategic planning and all tactical activities to drive product success. Define compelling product pricing and SKU strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Act as a liaison between Marketing and Sales departments by communicating new product launches, trade activations and pricing strategies to our Corporate Sales Field Force and Retailers. Provide in-depth sales analysis to enhance understanding. Be responsible for preparing accurate product forecasts and meticulously monitor inventory levels, working closely with the supply chain team to ensure seamless alignment with the marketing calendar and plan. Take ownership of the Pricelist for saleable items and testers, ensuring alignment with the ABC Line up and the company's pricing strategy.
TRADE MARKETING
Build and execute a detailed animation and promotional calendar by Retailer and channel, including product launches, VM and special events; iterates with corporate departments (sales, Stylists, decoration, e-Retailers, CRM, Earned & Paid Media). Update planograms and VM guidelines by Retailer and door type. Budgeting & Forecast: Plan and monitor budget for promotional. Order wrapping, store collaterals and VM elements for the stores, based on store needs and brand's updates.

Qualifications
Degree (Bachelor and/or MSc) in Marketing or Business Administration field. At least 3 years of experience in Product and/or Trade Marketing. Previous experience in Cosmetics/Fragrance or FMCG would be a plus. Excellent MS Office skills: particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in SAP would be considered as an asset. Excellent oral & written communication in Greek & English is a requirement. Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. A strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and growth.
