Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Integrated Media Assistant Manager to help lead our brands digital media strategy. Primarily responsible for leading, creating and executing an agile plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic digital targeting and execution.
Managing a team of 1 report and two third party agencies this is a pivotal role in driving the brand's high growth while ensuring a best-in-class consumer experience.
We are looking for an experienced and well-rounded digital marketer with a passion for innovation and the beauty/fragrance industry. Strong communication skills are essential.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As the Assistant Manager you will be helping to define the brand's digital strategy to lead all paid activity across Paid Search, Paid Social & Affiliate channels , day-to-day management of third-party agencies on all campaigns; from 'Always On' to 5* campaign launches and build strategic media plans of campaigns/to present in 360 launch plans. Deliver paid customer acquisition strategy per channel mapping out the optimal mix of channels to achieve our growth, acquisition, and conversion goals. Inspiring the agency performance to deliver business and revenue goals, ensuring that we are utilising budget in the most efficient way, capitalising on learnings and CRM insights, challenging on the most efficient channel mix, to ensure we reach out to our relevant audiences via their relevant platforms. Understanding the customer at a channel level and their respective end-to-end buying cycles to problem solve and address necessary barriers to purchase. Manage and develop the affiliate marketing strategy aligning closely with PR & Comms around 'always on' influencer activity. Lead paid partnerships with key publishers/lead titles, to increase advocacy and brand love, as well as visibility and exposure to the right audience. Work with the online trading team to optimise brand.com for search engine performance and further opportunities Daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting, utilising the data to support strategic decisions. Working closely with our Global creative/marketing teams; sharing performance results to ensure all assets adhere to channel best practice. Ensure collaboration with Comms & Marketing team, to amplify any key activation from paid to owned - TV partnership, influencer partnership, Tik Tok, Retailer exclusives, retailer eventing, Comms eventing. Act as the Point of contact for media direction working with key departments (Product, Marketing, Online, Sales, PR & Comms) to ensure that the plans developed are in line with Brand guidelines and to support business key objectives. Management of the multi-million-pound media budget from cost centre alignment to PO's and invoicing ensuring all budget is accounted for and spent effectively to maximise ROAS. Focus on brands demonstrating best practice within social media, including all brand's key competitors and brands outside the beauty/fragrance industry. Conducting research and identifying new platforms, technologies and solutions always staying one step ahead of the competition

• Minimum 4 years relevant experience
• Able to demonstrate a successful and established career that has specialised in media an advertising.
• Demonstrable track record of positive ROI on paid campaigns
• Experience in funnel management, conversion, and analytics
• Ability to translate complex channel level observations into actionable insights.
• Management experience is preferred but not required
• In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and YouTube - motivated and passionate about social media
• Reporting and ownership of budget
• Excellent understanding of brand identity, tone of voice and how to communicate it to the consumer.
• Strong technical knowledge of digital platforms
• This role will require excellent communication and presentation skills, both internally being able to quickly build and maintain relationships with key stakeholder and with their external agency partners.
