　　Como nuestro líder de piso tu misión será crear un ambiente que proporcione una experiencia de compra superior al consumidor, implementar programas/procesos para impulsar los resultados empresariales.

　　Responsabilidades básicas

　　Organizar la semana y el trabajo de ejecución de piso de ventas Comunica necesidades de producto. Encargado de coordinar ejecución de promociones Gestión y control de auditorias de fuera de stock en piso de ventas. Revisión del layout de tienda y propuesta de cambios de acuerdo a la necesidad de negocio. Promover el compromiso de todos empleados con la marca.

　　Escolaridad: Licenciatura terminada o trunca Experiencia 2 años de experiencia en posición gerente o Subgerente en retail (boutiques, tiendas deportivas, centros comerciales) Dominio de los productos de Microsoft Office y de los sistemas comerciales minoristas Capacidad para construir, dirigir y administrar equipos de alto rendimiento Capacidad de utilizar herramientas para apoyar la resolución de conflictos y el coaching y asesoramiento de los empleados
