　　About the Team

　　The Content Management Center offers an array of translation and localization services to all functional teams of Bytedance Monetization, including TikTok for Business official website content, communication materials, sponsorship plans, marketing solutions, training and knowledge-based articles.

　　We are currently looking for a Japanese editor to join our team who is passionate about writing and should have a proven record in content editing and quality control.

　　Content Management Centerでは、TikTok for Business公式ウェブサイトのコンテンツ、コミュニケーション資料、スポンサーシップ・プラン、マーケティング・ソリューション、トレーニング、ナレッジベースの記事など、Bytedanceマネタイズのあらゆる機能チームに翻訳・ローカライズサービスを提供しています。

　　現在、ライティングに情熱を持ち、コンテンツ編集や品質管理で実績のある日本人エディターを募集しています。

　　Responsibilities:

　　- Create, translate, edit and transcreate highly visible marketing, product, ads and legal content from English to Japanese

　　- Proofread translations delivered by LSPs to ensure high quality and market suitability

　　- Organize trainings and feedback sessions for translators from LSPs to

　　give them clear and concise language-specific guidelines

　　- Maintain language references such as terminology databases and localization style guide

　　- Lead language quality improvement (QI) initiatives at the language level

　　- Answer and maintain queries from LSPs

　　- Liaise with marketing, product, Ads Content Control and sales teams to understand their specific requirements and quality expectations

　　- Manage and track projects handed out to our Japan local LSPs

　　言語固有のガイドラインを明確かつ簡潔に伝える。

　　- 用語データベースやローカリゼーション・スタイル・ガイドなどの言語リファレンスの管理

　　- 言語レベルでの品質向上 (QI) イニシアチブを主導する。

　　- LSPからの問い合わせへの回答と管理

　　- マーケティング、製品、Ads Content Control, セールスチームと連携し、具体的な要件や期待される品質を理解する。

　　- 日本ローカルのLSPに引き渡されたプロジェクトの管理とトラッキング

　　Qualifications

　　- Highly Advanced Japanese proficiency is a MUST

　　- Ability to use English fluently and idiomatically

　　- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience is required

　　- 3+ years of experience in localization, journalism, copy editing, content authoring or writing, online marketing/advertising writing or similar

　　- Strong syntactic and semantic skills to make critical judgments with confidence about translation quality and accuracy

　　- Detail-oriented, quality-focused with the ability to manage multitasks affectively

　　- Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills

　　- Familiarity with computer-aided translation platforms or tools such as SDL Studio, XTM Cloud or Smartcat

　　- Knowledge of localization processes

　　- Cross-functional collaboration experience in working with stakeholders from Product, Marketing and Technical teams is a plus

　　- 細部にこだわり、品質を重視し、マルチタスクを効果的に管理する能力

　　- 優れた組織能力、時間管理能力、コミュニケーション能力

　　- SDL Studio, XTM Cloud, Smartcatなどのコンピュータ支援翻訳プラットフォームやツールに精通している。

　　- ローカリゼーションプロセスに関する知識

　　- 製品チーム、マーケティングチーム、技術チームの関係者と連携した部門横断的なコラボレーション経験があれば尚可
