Job Description

　　Summary: You will be responsible for maintaining the floors of the Phase I Clinic by performing routine cleanings as scheduled. You will also perform a variety of housekeeping duties to keep the clinic neat, orderly, and sanitary.

　　Duties include:

　　Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpet, rugs, windows, mirrors and walls.

　　Notify crew leader of low supply inventory.

　　Empty trash and recycling bins.

　　Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.

　　Disinfect commonly used items, door handles, tables, and chairs.

　　Makes up beds and changes linens.

　　Clean and maintain restrooms and showers.

　　Notify crew leader or supervisors of building repairs.

　　Dust furniture and fixtures

　　Follow all health and safety regulations.

　　Perform other duties as assigned.

　　PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

　　Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 25 lbs. while utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.

　　Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing.
