POSITION: Janitor

　　DUTIES: Performs various duties to maintain the cleanliness and professionalappearance of clients residential homes and businesses. Ensures spaces areprepared for the following day by completing all tasks, to include but notlimited to: taking out the trash, tidying furniture, dusting surfaces,washing windows, sweeping and mopping floors, dusting, and vacuumingcarpets. Cleaning bathrooms and other areas.

　　SKILLS REQUIRED: Employer will train and will provide all equipment and gear.

　　OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Attention to detail and conscientiousness, Qualitycustomer service skills, Ability to lift up to 30+ lbs., ValidDriver's License with clear Motor Vehicle Record that complies withorganizational insurance requirements. 18 years or older.

　　WAGE: $14.42 - $15.50 based on experience. Potential raise after 30 dayreview.

　　SHIFTS: Flexible, part-time position, hour can be based on your needs.We can work with you! May be able to work into a full time position.

　　JOB SITE: Cortez, CO and the surrounding area.
