You will:
- Support the HR Business Partner Leads in various employment related matters such as compensation, diversity, recruitment, retention
- Help with the interpretation and application of internal policies and procedures
- Assist with performance, conduct and compliance issues by collaborating with control functions
- Work with the HR Data team to provide appropriate, timely and value-add management information that informs decision making
- Assist the Business Units with the interpretation of HR metrics
- Create ad-hoc analysis and reports
QUALIFICATIONS
You have:
- Degree educated from an accredited educational institution in a relevant field
- 3+ years of HR background. Previous HR experience within an international environment is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to manage and develop relationships within a complex matrix management structure
- Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail are critical
- Full proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- A commitment to teamwork
