We are looking for:
An individual to focus on managing relationships with key suppliers of Solvay Digital Technology (DT), responsible for over 50% of total external IT expenses.
We count on you for:
DT Vendor Management aims to maximize value from key IT vendors by establishing, maintaining, and monitoring effective long-term relationships. You will drive supplier effectiveness through strong governance, identifying megatrends, and providing support. Develop expertise in DT vendor management to reduce risks, drive cost reduction, and position the organization as a reference within Solvay.

You will bring:
Establish, Maintain, and Evaluate Vendor Relationships: Reduce risks, deliver improvements to vendor performance, drive innovation, and contribute to Solvay IT's competitive advantages.
Manage and Implement the Sourcing Roadmap: Coordinate stakeholders, such as DT product/platform owners, delivery managers, legal, compliance, data privacy, and cyber security during the RFP/contract preparation process and the contract life cycle.
Support Spin-Off Projects: Manage key supplier strategy (TSA, split of contract, decommissioning) and associated action plans.
Main Portfolio: Outsourcing services, Cloud Services (Portfolio may change according to organizational changes).
Leverage IT Vendor Management Best Practices: Drive partner innovation and continuous improvement.
Manage Complete Contract Life Cycle: Ensure vendor performance through the establishment of strong governance and performance management with service owners or service delivery managers.
Implement IT Sourcing Roadmap: Rationalize vendors and participate in contract terms negotiations.
Coordinate Supplier Risk Management: Manage risks such as BCP, DRP, export control.
Qualifications / Skills:
Master's Degree: In Purchasing, IS Management, or IT Engineering.
5+ Years of Experience: In IS outsourcing projects (Application, Infrastructure, Move to Cloud) or Purchasing in an IT or technical environment.
Supplier/Contract Management Experience: Either in Purchasing or IS delivery.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact within a complex environment, acting as a leader to efficiently animate/challenge internal customers and sourcing teams.
Negotiation, Legal, and Communication Skills: Strong project management skills.
Language: Proficient in English.
Result Orientation, Initiative, Collaboration, and Autonomy.
