KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and maintain security roles and authorizations within the S/4 HANA environment, ensuring appropriate access controls for users and user groups.
Design, implement, and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
Conduct security assessments, audits, and risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential security vulnerabilities and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into S/4 HANA applications and systems during implementation and ongoing operations.
Configure and manage authentication mechanisms, single sign-on (SSO), and identity management solutions within S/4 HANA.
Administer and monitor user provisioning, de-provisioning, and role-based access controls, ensuring adherence to segregation of duties (SoD) principles.
Provide expertise and support in resolving security-related incidents, conducting investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
Stay updated with the latest SAP security trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the security posture of S/4 HANA systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and deliver security awareness programs and training materials for end-users and system administrators.
Support and contribute to the overall security strategy and roadmap for S/4 HANA landscapes.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4 years of experience working with SAP security, specifically in S/4 HANA environments.
Proficiency in SAP security concepts, including user administration, authorization objects, and role design.
Hands-on experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) tools is preferred.
Strong understanding of industry security standards, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Relevant SAP certifications in security or related areas are a plus.
