We have an exciting opportunity for a Level I - II IT Telecommunications Engineer. The intention of this role will be to focus on designing telecommunications systems for substation projects. This includes material and labor estimates, requirements gathering, creating material lists, instructions and drawings, project management and maintaining asset data. This position is responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and 3rd level support of existing or new network (data, voice, telemetry, and carrier communications) infrastructure, and network management solutions. Total Rewards: A typical starting range for this position is $73,000 - $105,000 annually. Key responsibilities: Obtains telecommunications requirements for new sites, systems/technologies, or enhancements. Participates in construction project scoping and construction project review meetings. Performs project management for telecommunications specific projects. Analytical, interpretive, interpersonal, problem- solving, and verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, design, and estimating. Proficient in managing multiple projects, coordinating assignments, and handling multiple tasks concurrently. Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronic or Computer Engineering preferred EIT Certification is preferred
