Description
• Business Engagement "IT Business Partnering":
o Foster strong relationships with Turkey and CES business units to effectively align IT strategies with regional business objectives.
o Provide expert guidance and leadership to IT project teams, ensuring local relevance and addressing business concerns.
o Provides guidance to user community on IT best practices and support model. Educates and Enforces IT Policies and Procedures.
o Proactively identify potential risks and unintended consequences of technology changes on local business operations.
• IT Programs and Projects:
IT Portfolio and Roadmap:
o Proactive management of technology demand, accurately setting delivery expectations, and effectively managing the technology portfolio and budget for ELC Business Units
in coordination with the IT PMO, Finance, and relevant functions.
Project Deployment:
o Responsible for facilitating and orchestrating the deployment of Global/regional initiatives in collaboration with deployment IT teams.
o Oversee and follow up on project PM's, to ensure they are delivered with agreed Scope, Budget, Resources and timelines.
• Run IT - Business As Usual:
Oversee Local IT Service Management:
o Observe quality, alignment to SLAs & Business Satisfaction of Managed Service providers for local affiliate / site, escalating to Global, Regional Leads where necessary for remediation.
o Accountable for successful resolution and escalation of major incidents and provides local feedback via Daily Production Call. Also acts as the focal and first escalation point for global/regional IT & support ecosystems.
o Review Customer surveys related to all Service desk incidents and service requests, provide feedback to the customer to provide a transparent service. Gain direct feedback from business colleagues on service offering.
o Understand areas of weakness / opportunities for improvement in service offering and provide feedback to strategic vendors.
o Organise procurement activities for end user IT equipment (i.e. laptops, headsets, mobile phones, etc.
Oversee Retail IT services Management:
o Retail IT services are managed by Affiliate Retail IT Services lead, who will Matrix report to this position. The TSM, will oversee, monitor and where require escalate IT Retail service concersn to Regional leads where necessary for attention and remediation.
• IT Technical, Risk and Compliance Standards:
o Represents IT in local business, ensure compliance with regulatory operations such as Change controls, local regulatory and compliance needs, IT security and Privacy activities as agreed with IT and business
o Handle all security exceptions as required by the business & in line with IT policies.
• Financial Management:
o Actively own developing affiliate IT budgets, monitor spending against the budget and review of monthly OPEX charges to ensure financial accuracy.
o Control the local budget (OPEX & CAPEX) in coordination with Regional IT, Finance and/or Affiliate finance.
o Where required, manages renewal/upgrades with local vendors. Individually or working with Global Procurement teams, anticipates and manage contract renewal dates, negotiates contract detail and cost (with local suppliers), provides input to Global contacts and services, handle annual contract SLA, delivers cost effect and efficient supplier management.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 10-12 years of related IT experience
• Fluent in English
• Expertise in concepts and operation of enterprise level service delivery (minimum ITIL Foundation Certificate)
• Service Management Experience with outsourced vendors
• General working knowledge of IT concepts and services (networks, storage and compute, desk top support, unified messaging, office automation and email)
• Understanding of retail especially POS and omni capabilities
• Experience in managing IT Projects would be an advantage.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively and communicate effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly growing area
• Ability to understand business concepts and relate them to the IT organization and vice versa
• Superior interpersonal skills & ability to communicate comfortably with all levels of site management
