Opportunity
We are looking for Desktop Support Technicians to help with continuous support of end users and new IT initiatives. Main duties will consist of troubleshooting (Windows), imaging computers, setting up new users, and basic hardware/software support. A+ certification is preferred. The role is open as they have someone going on leave for an extended period of time and need someone for back up support.
Qualifications
Familiarity with modern office equipment including but not limited to facsimile, copier, printer, scanner, mail postage machine, telephones, etc.
Demonstrated aptitude for learning and keeping current with new technologies.
Ability to prioritize and organize multiple responsibilities and manage a large work load within tight deadlines.
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Windows and Office software products.
