IT Systems Analysis work focuses on designing information systems that are appropriate for users' needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture including:
In this role responsibilities include, although not limited to:
Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system; Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions.Estimating the costs of system solutions and preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources.Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system.Leverages agile methodology to design and configure solutions.Working closely with business to develop required training, change management and operations process.Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications and provide support.Looks for opportunities to automate business process with technology and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.

Good understanding and experience of agile software development methodologies and experience with SAP implementation methodologies.Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with high internal drive with an ability to work with ambiguous and incomplete information.Strong relationship building and influencing skills; able to mediate opposing viewpoints; work well in a team environment.Strong organizational skills and experience working with decision makers in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.Excellent written, visual, and oral communication skills are essential.Willingness to work in a diverse team environment and with others in cross-geo organizations.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and 6+ years of experience -OR- a master's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and 4+ years of experience -OR- a PhD in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and 2+ year of experience in:
Proven experience as a Tech Lead, with ability to translate functional requirements into technical terms relevant to SAP leveraging BAPIs and other standard SAP tools in the SAP FICO spaceProven experience with SAP solutions including SAP RAR (Revenue Accounting and Reporting)Proven experience with US GAAP and IFRS financial accounting standards around revenue recognition including ASC 606Proven experience of financial transactional flow in SAP and key integration points in SAP SD/BRIM or other O2C flows such as Hybris CPQ or SalesForce.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record and experience in leading SAP Central Finance implementations with large global enterprises across multiple legal entities in a highly complex systems and project environment.Certified Public Accountant (or equivalent)Strong understanding of finance business processes and ability to map business requirements to standard SAP processes with minimal or no customization.Experience with SAP MDG Finance and integrations with other related SaaS platforms like Concur, Ariba, Blackline, etc. is preferred.Experience with S4 HANA architecture and tools is a plus.Ability to lead requirements and influence the design of repeatable and scalable processes.Proven track record of collaboration across multiple organizations, business partners and stakeholders.Experience applying revenue recognition rules in the software and various MTO/MTS hardware & mixed sale scenarios.Expertise in large scale business transformation.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $99,487.00-$149,235.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
