The position will also perform site surveys as required. The IT Support Specialist will have wide knowledge of computer hardware and software, networks and connectivity. Responsibilities/Duties
Assist in the development of solutions for site turn-ups in conjunction with the Technical Support Services team as well as branch office visits and evaluations including wireless and printing.Provide second level support for issues related to server operating and support systems, escalating as appropriate.Provide second level support for issues related to desktop operating systems, escalating as appropriate.Works in collaborative environment with all tiers of technical support servicesMaintain superior documentation for all corporate and customer networks and related technologies.Provide AD support across the organizationAdministration assistance in O365, Okta, ZoomProgram/Site Survey & ImplementationAssist with evaluation of new location needs/network design, service and equipment needsAssist in lifecycle of program openings/relocations/closingsUse industry standards and best practices to support work completed in RHDs infrastructure Required ExperienceMinimum 3-5 years of experience in help desk, network administration, and systems administrationAt least 4 years of heavy experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems, anti-virus platforms, and systems management software packages required. Required EducationBachelor's Degree in MIS/IT preferred. MCSE or other certification can be substituted for a bachelor's degree or related work experience. Required Qualifications
Ability to take rotational on-call responsibilities that include nights, weekends, and holidays.Strong communication skills both written and oral.Customer Service first based approach to technology deliveryValid Driver's LicenseTravel to programs up to 20% of time:Ability to travel locally to support programs in PA, NJ, DE on a day trip basisAbility to travel to remote programs in states outside of PA, NJ, DE on a scheduled.Physical requirementsLight: exerting up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. The use of arm and/or leg control requires force greater than sedentary, but worker still sits majority of time. Program Summary
