We take the complexity out of data to empower our customers.Raytheon are seeking a pro-active and committed IT Systems Engineer to work in the Post Design Support (PDS) team providing support and sustainment for all systems. The role will be a hybrid role based at Malvern (UK).This role does require someone who is willing and able to travel internationally up to 50% of the time. Travel could be for a a few days up to 4 weeks.Principle Duties / Responsibilities:

　　Technical support to customers, including on-call support (this may include evenings and weekends);Technical oversight of programmes in support of design, logistics and sustainment;Periods of travel to support customer visits, system testing and system fault diagnostics;Providing routine visits to customer locations (UK and worldwide) in order to provide support, training and obtain user feedback;Developing and sustaining working relationships with internal and external customers;Delivering, commissioning and upgrading systems at customer locations;Providing technical representation, prior to handover to PDS;Providing support to Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and System Acceptance Testing (SAT);Management and maintenance of internal programme testing and support rigs;Technical support for Programme Management and Business Development by assisting with system enhancements and upgrades;Support in technical solutions, design reviews and proposals to internal and external customers;Presenting system demonstrations to internal and external customers;Participating in Continuous Improvement and lean activities.Personal Qualities:

　　Self-starter who is well organised, proactive, and able to make sound decisions;Presentable in both manner and communication delivery to external customers;Possess strong motivational drive, in order to assimilate information and overcome problems quickly and effectively to produce correct solutions;Possess good written and verbal communication skills;Possess skills in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all teams.Desirable Experience/Qualifications:
