Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a IT Support Admin to support their corporate HQ office in Alpharetta. They will be supporting PCs, laptops, printers, and other onsite hardware issues. They will be the "go to" person for all IT problems in Alpharetta. This person needs to be a solution provider and help continue to streamline processes. This person will be able to build their career and grow with the company.
Skills and Requirements
* 2+ years' desktop support experience
* Strong customer service skills and follow through on tickets and issues
* Experience supporting a Windows environment
* Experience working with 0365
* Experience setting up (config and image) Desktops and Laptops, as well as troubleshooting issues with laptops and workstations
* Experience supporting printer issues local as well as network printers
* Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues -- IP config/computer won't connect to printer/wireless connectivity
* Experience supporting office applications
* Previous wireless support * Experience supporting executive level leadership null
