Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire an IT Support Tier 2 resource to sit onsite 5 days a week. As a contractor, you will be responsible for deskside and remote. Tier 1/2 support for the corporate location which consists of VP's/executives/managers/customer service. You will be working as a team to troubleshoot laptops, ipads, iphones and set up conference rooms. In addition, you will support large scale enterprise workstation roll out and upgrade projects.
Skills and Requirements
The candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in IT and Help Desk Support.
The candidate should have experience working with ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
The candidate should have experience working in Windows-based environments.
The candidate should be proficient in troubleshooting iPhone/iPad issues, including configurations and walking users through issues.
The candidate should possess soft skills and great customer service. They should be able to work independently and deal with VPs and Directors. MS Certifications
