Information Technology (IT) has a critical role to play within Intel as we help our business partners drive the capabilities, they need to transform their businesses for the future. Come and join our IT team! We are looking for a highly motivated program/project manager to help us transform Intel's Supply Chain Planning capabilities.
Several Supply Chain programs will be initiated in 2024 within the areas of Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Order Promising.
The Program Manager coordinates work performed by IT teams and business customers/partners by developing detailed project plans and managing all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Act as the execution partner and bridge between IT teams, System Integrator (SI) teams and business stakeholders on day-to-day program execution at the right cadence to drive transparency and alignment.Attention to detail in directing the overall program execution including:
Ensure requirements are properly documented and aligned between the IT teams, business stakeholders, and external System Integrators
Define and track execution milestones, identifying and mitigating schedule delays on a proactive basis.
Proactively document and manage risks and issues with appropriate management and stakeholder escalation.
Resource planning for the program required to meet deliverables and schedules, ensuring a proactive outlook of resourcing needs.
Provides input to the organizational budget and forecasting process.
Provides leadership for the project team and act as a key interface to the program.
Provide both regular and ad hoc reporting updates to various management forums.
Drive stringent change management of scope, aligned with Program Management Office processes, balancing business criticality and impact to IT delivery, quality and schedule.
A successful candidate will exhibit the following behavioral traits:
Experience utilizing program execution methods around, schedule creation and tracking, risk management definition, tracking and mitigation, resource planning, team minutes creation, AR tracking, budget tracking, etc.
Manage complex, enterprise transformations, crossing multiple business units and functional disciplines.
Ability to communicate clearly and directly with IT and business stakeholders, across many Intel sites and countries at all levels of the organization.
Ability to build and nurture collaborative and constructive working relationships across technical and business teams.
Highly accountable for results, attention to detail, demonstrating high energy and self-motivation with a positive attitude.
Ability to set clear objective/timelines and have a high tolerance for ambiguity while driving clarity.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, leadership, communication, and presentation skills with experience managing and influencing relationships with cross-Intel stakeholders at an executive and senior management level; can tailor a message to the audience.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications
The candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technology discipline and 9+ years of experience -OR- a Master's Degree in a Business or Technology discipline and 6+ years of experience -OR- a PhD in a Business or Technology discipline and 4+ years of experience in:
IT Supply Chain Management or equivalent roles (Supply Planning; Demand Planning and Order Promising)
Planning, budgeting, resource allocation
Program / project management of enterprise software and systems implementations

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or Computer Science.
IT program management, Agile, SAFe
Industry certifications for Supply Chain, Project Management and SAFe
IT Supply Planning applications, SAP systems and Enterprise Data.
Implementing Blue Yonder based solutions.
Implementing SAP solutions (ERP, S4, Supply Chain Management)

Intel's Information Technology Group (IT) designs, deploys and supports the information technology architecture and hardware/software applications for Intel. This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $141,673.00-$241,005.00
*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience
Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
