The IT Sr Technical Specialist / Sr Oracle ERP Specialist will be an integral part of the dynamic and forward-thinking ERP team at Labcorp. This team is responsible for managing IT and optimizing various modules within the Oracle Cloud ERP, including General Ledger, Asset Management, Accounts Payable, Travel and Expense, Treasury, and Cash Management. The role requires a person who is proficient in Oracle ERP as well has prior experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 Financial system.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Asset Management, Travel and Expense and process related experience in Oracle Procure-to-Pay and Record to Report process areas
Utilize functional knowledge of both PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud ERP FSCM applications for analysis, development, implementation, testing, and post-implementation support.
Hands-on experience in building Integrations in Oracle ERP using OIC and Oracle Cloud PaaS Visual Builder (VBCS)
Provide technical expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP/SCM and Oracle PaaS (OIC, VBCS, ATP, etc.)
Hands-on experience in modifying and creating Oracle Financial workflows and reports
Experience in troubleshooting production support issues, including Application Engine process failures, SQR failures, integration issues, and errors in People Code, providing permanent resolutions.
Ability to work independently with business users to understand and troubleshoot user issues related to FSCM modules, especially General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expenses, and Asset Management.
Provide L2/L3 support for tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Requirements:
Normally requires a B.S. Degree in Computer Science with 10 years of experience in related field.
At least 5 years of experience working in Oracle Fusion P2P and R2R processes.
At least 5 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud OIC and Oracle Cloud PaaS (OIC, VBCS, ATP, etc.)
Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM application
Experience in People Tools (8.5X) and reporting tools (BI Publisher, SQR, PS Query).
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in FSCM modules, specifically General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Expenses, and Asset Management.
Strong troubleshooting skills for production support issues, including Application Engine process failures, SQR failures, integration issues, and People Code errors.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with business users to understand and resolve issues.
Proven capability to provide L2/L3 support for tickets with a focus on timely and effective resolution.
Oracle certification in financial modules is plus.
