As IT Specialist - Workplace & Collaboration, you are part of a global team that supports and coordinates IT infrastructure related activities.
In this exciting job you work on the following tasks:
Supporting workplace and collaboration (WP&C) projects and activities globally
Managing and coordinating rollout- and implementation activities for WP&C projects (with focus on APAC region)
Acting as Tires IT main point of contact/ representative in relation to different centrally provided services
Being the IT technical consultant and main contact person for local IT teams for WP&C topics
Defining and maintaining internal audit and compliance templates, processes and reports collaborating with various stakeholders
Regularly reviewing audit improvement measures and reporting for APAC locations, ensuring cybersecurity and compliance
Developing and maintaining reports (i. e. PowerBI) for Tires IT, especially for WP&C
Academic degree in computer science, another technical field or an equivalent qualification
Multiple years of work experience in IT
Strong technical background in the following areas:
Client Computing Hardware & Operating Systems
Enterprise administration tools (e.g. Active Directory, Intune, Ivanti, or SCCM)
Collaboration Technologies (e.g. Microsoft 365)
Basic knowledge in Power BI reporting and IT Service Management
Basic scripting knowledge (Powershell, Python, JSON, Visual Basic)
Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel beneficial
Project management skills, either as an IT lead or a project member
