IT SPECIALIST, TEAMCENTER SYSTEM ADMINISTRATORSOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN - WORLD HEADQUARTERS
The Teamcenter System Administrator IT Specialist supports the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Lear's Teamcenter systems and environments. This also includes maintaining the configuration and automation requirements for multiple instances of the application, using all appropriate tools to efficiently support, troubleshoot, and maintain the system.
The Role:Your work will include, but not be limited to:
Teamcenter (v12 +) configuration and installation and management utilitiesincluding items like license services, dispatcher, AWC & TCRATeamcenter server deploymentsTeamcenter client packagingconfiguration and scripting, includes third party and custom integrationsMonitor and maintaining system resources, application services and system uptimeRemediate security risks with systems / applications as neededReview and troubleshoot system / application issuesDesign and implement solutions specific to system / application needsMange system monitoring, utilities, scheduled tasks and automationsYour Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the fieldMinimum of 5 years work experience in TeamcenterAbility to communicate to both technical and business audiencesExcellent documentation and written communication skills (manuals, updates, etc.)Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong relationship skills - both internal/externalBonus If You Have:
Knowledge of Windows Systems and security (also Linux systems to a smaller degree)Moderate SQL skills (SQL queries / data mapping)Administrative Scripting skills (batch / powershell / linux shell / SQL)Able to read / parse log filesAble to understand and identify Teamcenter and other system related issueswork with customers and vendor support as neededAble to provide unique solutions to Development teams, Help Desk and business needs like the following:o Help desk user creation scriptso Third party System integrations (data sharing / data transfer)o provides methods of accessing system data not readily available within the applicationo automates tasks and tracking of key metrics for monitoringLear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace.
