We require an enthusiastic and talented Digital Technology Service Delivery professional to support our aerospace manufacturing facilities in Kilkeel and Leighton Buzard. The position is primarily based at our Kilkeel facility (Northen Ireland) but occasional travel to Leighton Buzzard may be required. The successful candidate will possess the excellent communication and project management skills required to effectively work across all business functions, particularly their Operations Transformation Team acting as the sites Collins Digital Technology representative for projects, compliance, communications and business as usual escalations. This person will require broad Digital Technology experience and knowledge (ideally experience in manufacturing with large multinational organisations), be self-motivated with a passion for continuous improvement and excellent service delivery.Principle Purpose of Role
You will work as part of a team responsible for the delivery and compliance of digital systems to the Collins Aerospace businesses in the UK and Ireland, this role will be dedicated to supporting the Kilkeel and Leighton Buzard businesses with all aspects of Digital Technology service delivery whilst remaining compliant to RTX corporate policy and aligned to Collins Digital strategy. The role will report to the EMEA North Regional Delivery Manger, Collins Aerospace Digital Technology.Project Management
You will work with the businesses and Collins Digital Technology in all aspects of project identification, management and support. This will include supporting the implementation of corporate projects acting as the focal point for the businesses as well as working with the businesses to manage and support the implementation of locally identified projects. You will regularly meet with the businesses functional leaders to lead and support locally initiated projects to ensure they are in alignment with RTX and Collins Digital strategy.Compliance
You will be responsible for ensuring that all locally hosted infrastructure and applications as well as any locally initiated cloud services are compliant to RTX policy, this will include running processes on varies cadences to ensure ongoing compliance of solutions, including but not limited to Disaster Recovery planning \ testing, license, vulnerability and account management. You will also support the businesses with internal and external Digital Technology audits and customer questionnaires.Communications
You will assist the flow down of Digital Technology communications to the businesses and be a conduit for the flow of communications to RTX and Collins Digital Technology service owners.Business as usual
You will own the relationship between Collins Digital Technology and the local businesses, you will own escalations to resolutions, you will act as a focal point to connect the businesses with the RTX and Collins Digital Technology service owners and functional towers.Key Requirements:
