Overview

　　As an EDAP Solution Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing data and analytics solutions using state-of-the-art technologies leveraging the PepsiCo data and analytics platforms. You will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team to build data and analytics applications and processes, supporting our needs in the Chinese market.

　　Responsibilities

　　Design, architect, and deliver a state of the art Data & Analytics platform capabilities for creating modern digital experiences for marketing, and commerce solutions Understanding Cloud Native principles, modern D&A technologies (e.g. Databricks, Presto, Denodo), modern software development stack, modern software development process (lean, Agile, DevOps, CI/CD) Lead D&A Modernization initiatives by bringing local available technologies to drive data ingestion, store and retrieve capabilities to meet business needs

　　Qualifications

　　Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. 12 + years of experience in the data management space (Data engineering, masterdata management, data design etc) Advanced data modeling or database experience; experience with ER/Studio and/or Erwin modeling tools Good understanding of PepsiCo business processes, data, and EDW/MDM environmentsProven experience in managing Data, BI or Analytics projects. Solutions Delivery experience - expertise in system development lifecycle, integration, and sustainability Thorough knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data catalog tools (Alation)Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.Fluency in English and Chinese languages for effective communication with team members and business teams.Effective stakeholder management and supporting business teams
