　　The Global Payments team is building a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, such as TikTok, Helo, Games, Education, etc.

　　We are seeking an experienced IT Project Management professional to join a fast-moving, regulated FinTech based in Ireland. This role is focused on managing all IT related projects in Europe, reporting directly to the CIO of payments in Europe. You will be involved in close collaboration with both regional and global cross functional technology and business teams providing both domain and subject matter expertise.

　　Ability to be a strategic thinker, resourceful and be adept at problem solving are crucial. Ideal candidates should have experience with building out Project Management best practices (end-to-end) and experience delivering projects in a regulated entity.

　　Key responsibilities:

　　- Manage an IT project portfolio with strict adherence to delivering on time, budget and scope.

　　- Be familiar with the overall strategies and tactics of Global Payments business and IT operations, and support local leaders to disassemble project tasks, set priorities and add value to the regional team.

　　- Proactively identify and mitigate project and change risk in line with enterprise risk management framework and ensure regulatory and policy compliance is maintained.

　　- Establish a clear and efficient communication mechanism with internal and external partners across the globe, across the region, while coordinating IT projects across systems and departments.

　　- Contribute to developing and leading a best in class Change Management culture.

　　Qualifications

　　Minimum Qualificiation

　　- Bachelor degree or above, with 5 years experience in IT project management and working across global teams

　　- Experience with the implementation of industry standard project management methodology e.g. PMP, 6 Sigma, Lean

　　- Strong technical knowledge and understanding across functional IT domains e.g. Infrastructure, application, data and information and cyber security

　　- Relevant understanding of data and financial regulatory compliance requirements e.g. EBA/GL/2019/04, DORA, PCI DSS, GDPR

　　- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong leadership and people management skills

　　- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), ability to influence without authority

　　- Works well under pressure within time/budget constraints to solve problems, adjust quickly to shifting priorities, and make decisions with limited information

　　- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills, in particular contributing to global and cross-functional teams

　　- Highly motivated to contribute and grow within a complex area of emerging importance

　　Preferred Qualifications

　　- Previous working experience in a regulated technology or financial services company

　　- Experience in project budget management
