Kforce has a client in Burlington, MA that is seeking an IT Program Manager who will be serving as the primary point person to support and manage multiple projects in one or more defined business areas. Leveraging deep understanding of system implementation, program and project management, and collaboration skills, the IT Program Manager will ensure successful execution throughout the project lifecycle. This includes building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, working independently with the project teams, sponsors, and steerco to maintain a consistent project vision and line of sight on the end goals. Responsibilities:
Lead and own delivery of System Implementation, collaborating and influencing the project teams on resources, deliverables, and prioritization
Own and manage program delivery plans, scope, timeline, tasks, milestones, and budget
Lead daily, weekly and steerco meetings where appropriate to track and communicate progress of the project, achieving project milestones and maintaining momentum
Act as a focal person for any issues that arise in the project lifecycle and work closely with the senior stakeholders for timely resolution
Document scope and ROI in a concise manner to clearly state business value and alignment to corporate strategy and goals
Establish influence and trust with the senior business leaders and stakeholders to drive project completion with accuracy and velocity via strong business relationships
Set, drive, and implement policy and process on all workstreams and matters, including backlog and intake of projects, prioritization, execution, reporting and communication
Deliver innovative vision to legacy process, technologies, OKRs and corporate deliverables
Facilitate the development of program strategy, governance, and communications
Lead the execution of delivery using agile methodology and principles
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field; MBA is preferred
CSM certification is required
PMP & SAFe or equivalent certification is preferred
15 years of experience leading global application implementations; Awareness & understanding of sales and billing processes is a must
Demonstrated track record working with key business stakeholders and with executive level professionals to solve and drive business outcomes
Expertise in JIRA is a must
Strong interpersonal and communication skills - verbal, written and presentation skills are a must
Able to communicate risks and work with the cross-functional teams to identify the appropriate mitigation opportunities
Strong initiative and independence, needing limited oversight and direction during critical decision points or issues in the project/program
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly become a trusted leader of projects
Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure
Willingness to work flexible and/or extended hours to complete project tasks and coordinate migrations and/or calls with stakeholders in various time zones after hours
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
