Position Summary
The IT Product Manager is responsible to manage multiple teams and product managers to design, build (develop/configure/test) and deliver system solution within their business unit, setting the vision for the product, and developing the IT roadmap for achieving it. Defining high level features that are key to the Product's success to ensure they deliver the expected business value.
The SAP Treasury Product manager works with a wide variety of internal stakeholders - including Global Accounting, Tax, Procurement, Planning, Logistics, and IT teams - in the full range of the product development cycle. You will leverage your extensive industry, technical and functional experience to design and implement complex technical solutions and support the evolution of applications by leading internal Product and IT partner teams to deliver solutions with focus on global trends, innovation and leading practices that generates efficiencies and business value aligned with strategic corporate goals.
The IT Product Manager will own the strategy for the SAP Finance both domestic and international, and delivery of SAP solutions coordinating with multiple Product Managers across the board. This position requires considerable resourcefulness and the ability to influence across IT and the business to accept global process, practice & procedure.
Responsibilities
IT Architect for your product - Design, build and deliver technical solution aligned with Product technology evolution roadmapDevelop and maintain an excellent understanding of the IT product roadmap by working closely with business stakeholders, evaluating user feedback/needs and looking at technology trendsSource additional insight and best practice to design, plan, and scope optimal product functionalityBuild the strategy and vision for Finance/Supply Chain Solution Line products that will enable the tools that will improve business efficiencies.Product Managers should have the presence to present their ideas with supporting data to align the technical team, leadership, and stakeholders to the same compelling vision for your product's successProactively maintain knowledge of technology innovationWork closely with relevant business functions to develop/test new ideas and propositions for product development influence and obtain buy-inProactively and continuously identify business value in alignment with strategic priorities, financial benefits, and stakeholder needs.Articulate the value of the product through usage, standard/automated operational metrics, and financial performance metrics.Develop and maintain IT product strategy and vision Translate product strategy into a product roadmap, identifying and generating new ideas that drive business value and improve user's experienceWork closely with other IT Architects and development teams to understand the technology enablers/constraints for new product ideasEnsure strong ability to communicate priorities, developments, and changes to stakeholders across the business, understanding the audience and appropriately delivering the messageSets and communicates iteration goals and content of prioritized Engage with other software technologies and vendors to understand the new capabilities and functionality for potential enhancements Build funding model/business case for new product developmentCollect and analyze data to drive innovation and decision makingWork closely with the Product Owners to ensure they have a good understanding of the new features/epics allowing them to develop user stories that will deliver what is neededSupport the Product Owners in prioritizing the product backlog for developmentAct as an IT subject matter expert for development teams providing additional product insight as needed/requested by the Product Owners Work collaboratively with other IT Product Managers to refine and prioritize the overall product roadmap and identify dependenciesSet goals for product outcomes and metrics, then closely track your solutions to ensure they are achieving the expected resultsBring industry knowledge, look ahead and determine what we should be considering implementing to better serve your stakeholders.Ability to quickly gain the confidence of the business and colleagues through good communication and influencing skills and acting as an advocate of the Product Management team both externally and internallyCommunicate critical business-impacting incidents to leaders in a timely manner and ensure they are communicated in business language; provide cross-functional team coordination to remediate critical issues and ensure ongoing status is communicated and contingency options that best support the business are providedEnsure effective leadership and management of the team and individuals; maintaining a continuous learning environment, setting clear objectives to ensure there is clarity on what needs to be achieved for any given initiativeWork with HR to develop upskilling/training opportunities to build and maintain a high level of skills proficiency in the teamOffer a supportive coaching style, proactively encouraging personal and professional development and achievement in direct reportsBuild an effective and motivational team environment, aligning behaviors, values and performance expectations across the team to deliver exceptional resultsAbility to function as a communication bridge and work culture, between users located in USA, Mexico, Italy, and New Zealand
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years in a corporate IT environment working with multiple disciplines to deliver projects in line with Business strategic goalsProven delivery excellence in successfully managing multiple complex projects at a global levelMinimum of 7 years technology experience in Finance areas delivering of SAP IT solutionsStrong Finance-Treasury business process knowledge/experience7+ years doing technical configuration of SAP Financial systems5+ years of SAP S/4 HANA advanced Treasury including - Cash & Liquidity, TRM (Fx, Loans, Hedging, Interest), BCM and Finance configuration experienceExpect level to design and configure solutions in SAPExcellent interpersonal skills; ability to articulate verbally and in writing; willingness to appropriately debate difficult issues; ability to think quickly; ability to communicate effectively with various types of stakeholders

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on a computer for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly.

The salary range for this role is:
$110,300.00 - $235,500.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
