JOB DESCRIPTION
The position is responsible to work with FAFC business partners and global/regional architecture, to design and deliver solution continually to meet FAFC business growth in China., with strong IT operational service. .
RESPONSIBILITIES
Works closely with the Product Owners to establish and/or contribute to the product roadmap whilst ensuring the development teams understand this strategy. And develop integration solution stick to company IT standards and principles with global and regional teams; Can clearly communicate product vision to team members and stakeholders. Employs/Champions Agile software processes, culture, best practices and techniques; Facilitates Agile ceremonies. Initiates or translates the product road map into manageable product features in the backlog, and manage their development, test and implementation by following agile methodology; Initiates/translates the product road map into manageable product features in the backlog. Understands business and user priorities, and technical feasibility in order to prioritize the product backlog and manage risks. Able to assess the overall health of the product and raise key decision to move it forward. Identifies risks, and implements mitigation and contingency plans, focused on early mitigation or elimination of Risks. Ensures the backlog is populated with enough prioritized user stories that are ready to be estimated for the next two iterations. Gathers customer and internal feedback to drive improvements and inform product roadmap; Actively employs user research using lean validation techniques. Defines analytics to be collected regarding product, and prioritizes their collection. Continuously ensures that iterations and the overall product direction will meet business objectives. Actively manages features and dependencies in and across product releases. Communicate often and openly with the team by being responsive to in-person prompts. Enables team to build without impediment (removes blockers and trusts team iterations). Build good relationships with business partners and technical venders to deliver our solution commitments with quality; Implements tooling that monitors application performance metrics and automatically notifies team when a failure occurs in production; Leads alignment of COTS solution and IT Technology Standards List (TSL) Leads IT investment, demand management, and portfolio management for COTS solutions. Conducts customer and user-centric workshops. Conducts relevant proofs of concept with business partners.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's in Information Technology / Software Engineering Management in IT
8+ years. At least 3 years experiences in solution development/management, plus experiences in project/program management. Experience as IT professional of IT project delivery/management or IT operation support/management. Good understanding of IT Security and Controls and IT Security Risk Management New IT technology practice/knowledge is a plus. Operating System/DevOps/CICD/Java background is required Previously working in a large/medium size IT organization with experience of IT project delivery/development/management or IT operation support. Design thinking and experience in agile implementation; Functional knowledge of various IT / Business functions, portfolios; IT Project Management experience/knowledge; Experience with IT Security and Control is needed; Familiar with Agile management tool, like Rally, Jira, etc; Knowledge on IT operation support model, ITIL certificate is a plus; Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Delivery focus - ability to develop and manage a plan; Demonstrated capability to work effectively on global cross-functional teams; Proactive, willing to deal with a complex/challenged situation. Strong communication skill with up/down stream system, including Ecommerce, Finance, Business, etc. Experience of AFC industry retail loan business/wholesale business is a plus
