From sample to knowledge to results, the Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry business develops and manufactures powerful chromatography and mass spectrometry instruments, consumables, and software solutions for customers working in analytical sciences and scientific research. Our complete workflow solutions enable productivity and efficiency for customers in a wide range of industries, including food and beverage testing and manufacturing, environmental and industrial testing, biopharma QA/QC, toxicology, and anti-doping.
The Position
Key responsibilities include, but are not exclusively:
Data validation and cleanupUse internal data resources and take appropriate actions to help drive the quality of order management dataMaintain data health by regularly auditing database to ensure minimum required information is up to dateKey Performance Indicator (KPI) regularly reports to managementData, process and critical issue resolution
Specific Responsibilities:
Strong application and data analysis skills, including experience with data standardization, data clean up, and data consolidationConduct and maintain internal audits as needed.Assist with internal and external audits and data gatheringConduct process audits to ensure complianceDevelops and continually improves business processes by initiating process audits and Practical Process Improvement (PPI) projectsResolve and bring up Master Data Management process and data issuesProvide regular reports to stakeholdersMaster Data process performance reporting and addressing of critical issues to functional managersData standardization and synchronization issuesFollowing the effective documents IMS, EMS and handling documentation
Requirements:
High School education preferably with technical base or administration, logistics or equivalent.Proficient with MS Office programs (i.e. Excel, Word)Proficient written and spoken English, previous work experience with international teamGood communication skills - understand issues and to be able to formulate and articulate the most appropriate solutions to resolve themHave the ability to positively influence team / colleagues and customers in a professional manner
