The role
Fast growing Non Profit organisation is seeking an IT Operations Manager to join their Technology team. This position will report directly to the Head of Transformation & Technology and will be responsible for the effective delivery of InLife IT's technical services to all our internal and external clients.
This role provides oversight into the management of technology functions spanning cloud SAAS applications and services, Infrastructure, security, data and integration, Service Desk and managed service providers
You will join a small busy IT Team in a business facing role that will ensure the stability, security and operational excellence in day-to-day operations and IT related projects.
We are looking for an experienced, proactive IT service delivery professional who is passionate about delivering great outcomes for their stakeholders. You will be unafraid to challenge the status quo and relentlessly explore continuous improvement opportunities.
Key Accountabilities
Strategy
Design & develop IT delivery model suitable to support InLife's strategic direction while scaling.
Participate in solution architecture & security decisions
Service Delivery
Develop and implement key IT services that enables consistent performance of the IT function against SLAs and to support operational scaling
Oversight and execution of end user access management ( onboarding, offboarding , user access revalidation and moving)
Manage and maintain operational technology and end user device lifecycle management in conjunction with the managed service provider
● Manage budgets and support forecasting
Lead and manage IT service delivery projects
Implement and ensure operational readiness for incident Response.
Document and maintain ICT policies and procedures that ensure operational (business) continuity and compliance
Actively take part in Change, Incident and Problem Management
Vendor & Contract Management
Manage Vendors, negotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements and related activities to maintain a high level of services
Active drive account and contract management
Active management of MSP including performance, design, financial management and reporting
Stakeholder
Management
Continuously engage with the business to identify areas for improvement, assess solutions and recommend new approachesLeadership
Manage a technology team and managed service providers
Mentor and coach staff and ensure their professional development through continuing education and professional affiliations/associations
