Responsibilities
The Identity and Access Management team has an exciting opportunity for an IT Manager, Identity Directory Services !
The Enterprise Mobility Directory Services team focuses on developing, delivering, and supporting Enterprise Mobility’s next-generation Identity and Access Management platforms built using Microsoft Entra technologies. As the IT Manager, Identity Directory Services, you will contribute to the delivery of Enterprise Mobility’s MyAccess program to ensure employees have a secured environment for productivity and protection to our most critical and sensitive data and systems. A successful candidate will be a driven, organized, effective collaborator and communicator, who can effectively translate business impact risk assessments into technical requirements and common terminology. In this role, you will collaborate often with both IT and business personnel.
As an IT Manager over the Identity Directory Services Team, you will:
Lead the Directory Services engineering team in developing and delivering on the strategies defined by executive leadership
Determine the time and resources needed to complete assignments, while assisting team members in prioritizing tasks and projects where required
Focus on employee and team development, including career planning and support, training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, and performance and salary reviews
Manage vendor relationships, including planning, forecasting, and managing license and support renewals
Stay current with security trends, specifically related to the detection, analysis, and mitigation of cyber security threats
Support the engineering oversight of Identity Services tools and capabilities, as well as enhancements of operational processes, and ensures maintenance of required documentation
Align departmental work with other information security and IT initiatives
Establish KPIs, identify opportunities, and improve processes
Ensure solutions developed across organization are aligned to the ISO standards and principles, and are leveraging common solutions and services
Build strong relationships across our Global IT teams to ensure consistency, transparency, and best practices

Qualifications
Required:
Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
The IT Manager typically requires 6+ years of related experience
Working knowledge of security tools and capabilities within Directory Services technologies
Working knowledge of management and configuration for AzureAD B2E & B2C, and Microsoft Entra
Must have a broad understanding of IT ecosystems and structure
Enterprise engineering management experience including scoping work, requirements tracking, change and release management, and roadmap creation
Must have experience defining, developing, communicating, and implementing standards, processes, and procedures for the team in a collaborative and diverse environment
Experience successfully managing people including career planning/support, training, interviewing, hiring, rewarding, disciplining, and performance and salary reviews
Adept at improving outcomes through proactive coaching and development at all levels
Must demonstrate excellent relationship management skills
Must demonstrate excellent communication and listening skills
Must demonstrate flexibility and agility related to critical thinking and making decisions with complex considerations as it relates to business implications
Must have proven experience working across an IT organization to accomplish business objectives
Must have proven experience managing external vendors and service providers
Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
Ability to provide escalation assistance; recommend potential solutions to issues; follow established escalation procedures; assist in problem resolution to conclusion
Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
Management experience in Cyber Security or related technologies
Experience in leading IT Security initiatives
Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)®, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar Identity Management Institute certification
