Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, encouraging skill development and growth.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure.
Ensure the security and integrity of data, networks, and systems.
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements, recommending technology solutions to enhance efficiency.
Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise.
Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements are met.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and assess potential vendors for partnerships.
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
Provide regular reports on IT expenditures and performance against budget.
Oversee the IT support function, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues for end-users.
Implement and maintain IT policies and procedures.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Cloud databases, Tableau, Microsoft Azure
