About IT Implementation Manager

  The IT Implementation Manager will lead the evaluation, design and implementation of network, computers, phones and application solutions for our RV hospitality properties. This role will involve familiarity with all the technology in our parks, provide support and drive innovation. 

  What you have already achieved: (Requirements) 

  Experience managing projects and coordinating between teams

  Experience as an application SME (subject matter expert)

  Experience with implementations of applications

  Experience with implementations of networks or network management (preferred) 

  What you are great at: (Responsibilities)

  Coordinate onboarding of systems for the property and staff.

  Coordinate application integrations with the property management system.

  Conduct Technical Due Diligence Evaluations.

  Create short and long term implementation plans. 

  Travel to site locations as needed.

  Interview vendors to determine possible fit.

  Create task checklists for visibility and follow through to completion.

  Orientate properties on standard processes and practices.

  Integrate onboarding and offboarding for properties into standard operations.

  Work with vendors to quote solutions and present for selection.

  Create implementation plans for new and existing properties.

  Understand and drive system enhancements.

  Hold vendors accountable for implementation work and quality.

  Understand and build business requirements.

  Coordinate network design and implementation.
