Labcorp is recruiting an IT Field Product Specialist for a dynamic team in the Portland, OR area. This position will be Home based in the Portland area.
The IT Field Product Specialist position is focused on the connection between our clients, Sales, and Information Technology teams. The IT Field Product Specialist's job includes ensuring that the product supports the company's IT roadmap and strategies. There is local travel to client sites and on rare occasions travel to clients within the West Coast may be required.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to identify and implement value-added services.Prepare and distribute work-detailed monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports to clientsSubmit client meeting reports to the manager or supervisorRecommend implementation of enhanced processesPlan and schedule monthly meetings with clientsInitiate measures to research and resolve client-raised issues.Monitor client satisfaction through follow-up on solving client issues and problemsMaintain thorough knowledge of the business, as well as an understanding of how that impacts the other entities of contact.Monitor, coordinate, and communicate the strategic objectives of the businessWork with other staff members to develop a greater understanding of the business and any issues that ariseCollect, analyze, and utilize data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the relationship between the business and the other entity
Qualifications
Customer-oriented attitudeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to establish and nurture beneficial business relationshipsSelf-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problemsCapability to negotiate with and influence othersAnalytically and mathematically minded to analyze data and create necessary reportsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment7-10 years experience in a Healthcare IT environment, specifically EHR/LIS focusPrevious experience implementing Epic Applications within an enterprise environment for large Health Systems (both hospitals and clinics).Knowledge of patient registration and lab order workflow configurationsMed Tech/Lab experience desiredHS Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred with 7-10 years of relevant experienceMicrosoft Office skills required
Pay Range: $63,423 to $119,784
