The IT Delivery Manager is responsible for leading and facilitating cross functional teams to support product delivery and system operations using industry best practices, guiding solution design that aligns with the IT strategic roadmap, and delivering value to business partners. The Delivery Manager works with a Product Owner and other business stakeholders to determine scope and priorities, plan budget, manage expectations, regularly report on product and team progress, and coordinate product feature delivery across the enterprise. The Scrum Master provides servant leadership to an agile team by educating and coaching agile team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiencies, delivering incremental customer value, and embracing continuous improvement. This position will be part of the Information Technology team.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Lead cross functional teams including internal resources and third parties/vendors in daily stand-ups, iteration planning and reviews while monitoring the product delivery and team progress.
Identify and manage risks, mitigate impediments, and negotiate dependencies within and across teams to assist team in meeting deliverable commitments.
Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical team members to understand business problem, product(s) and ensure user work is defined, prioritized, and delivers on target scope.
Promote and maintain open and clear lines of communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure the team’s success.
Manage agile development tools to support product backlog, sprint workload, team capacity, and test plans.
Manage post-release product incidents to resolution and conduct root cause/corrective action follow-up activities.
Create, maintain, and communicate status document for inclusion in the IT initiative portfolio and dashboard(s).

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent experience
4+ years’ work experience leading a team using agile practices.
PMP and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred
Basic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Embrace a growth mindset and Servant Leadership mentality
Ability to demonstrate sound judgement, encourage collaboration and communicate effectively (written and verbal) across multiple levels in the organization.
Ability to effectively manage competing work demands and multiple initiatives at the same time.
Preference for work experience in delivering work that supports enterprise solutions used by Sales, Marketing, and Service. Such solutions include CRM, service and repair operations, organization websites and applications, and learning management systems.
