Job Description
The Sr. IT Contracts Administrator acts as the key contact and subject-matter expert for all contract-related activities. Responsible for holistically managing a multimillion dollar IT corporate contracts portfolio, including vendor selection, contract development, negotiations, changes, modifications, renewals, vendor management and enforcement of performance clauses. Leads contract terms negotiations, while working with key stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are met. Additionally, this position manages the contract execution process, renewals, problem resolution, audits, mediating disputes, and escalating issues.
Responsibilities:
Manage lifecycle of entire IT contracts portfolio
Perform Vendor selection process ensuring compliance (NDA, MSA, W-9, etc.) and performs ongoing vendor management
Contract development, negotiations, changes, modifications, renewals, and enforcement of performance clauses
Ensure contracts meet the business and technical requirements of stakeholders
Manage the contract execution and renewals process
Ensures Trader Joe's remains compliant with contract terms and conditions, including software licensing compliance, true ups, etc.
Perform contract risk management, problem resolution, audits, mediating disputes, and escalating issues
Collaborate with IT Program and Project Management teams to reconcile project status and milestones completed to executed contracts
Collaborates with IT crew to evaluate, analyze, measure, and gather requirements to provide financial support on IT contracts through price models and business cases
Engage with vendors as needed and assist in the negotiations of contract renewals
Consistently evaluate processes, recommend options and implications, and implement improvements to improve operating efficiencies
Skills and Requirements
Minimum 7 years' experience in similar or related field
Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business, accounting, or finance is a plus
Proven track record as a collaborative business partner with the Accounting department, ensuring
that IT financial controls meet or exceed the required standards
Experience managing big data in Excel
Experience documenting process flows using Visio
Experience using SAP Ariba, Apptio, ServiceNow or similar tools is a plus null
