　　We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team. In this role you will collaborate with business process owners to collect use cases in all are as of content and work with architects and service delivery team to provide best-in-class solutions.

　　Responsibilities

　　Analyze and improve the organization's content management systems and processes.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose innovative ECM strategies.Consult business and functions in existing solutions and support their adoptionCollaborate with Solution Architect and Service Management team to define new solutions as requiredLead requirements gathering sessions and provide recommendations for ECM solutions.Mentor junior business analysts and stay updated on industry trends.

　　Qualifications:

　　3+ years of experience as Business Analyst in Enterprise Content Management, preferably in energy sectorBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred).Strong understanding of ECM concepts, technologies, and industry standards.Expertise in OpenText products, especially Content Suite, Extended ECM and related softwareProficiency in analyzing complex business processes and translating them into requirements.Hands-on experience with ECM tools and platformsExcellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
