RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Work with product owner to collect / analyze business requirement, as a bridge between business owner and the engineering team, to help engineering team understand the business requirement to ensure the deliveryOwn the FSD process - ensure that the business is providing high quality business requirements, be able to translate from business requirements into FSD documents & user stories, ensure the traceability through development and test phasesMaintain and update backlogs in Rally, work with product owner for prioritization processSupport software design and development lifecycle based on Ford standards and business requirementsSupport the test case and UATUnderstand the Ford Credit China retail business functions and process, familiar with upstream and downstream application integration

　　QUALIFICATIONS

　　Bachelor's degree or aboveMinimum 3-5 years of related product or project development & delivery experienceAbility to understand and combine business intention, technical details, performance considerations and security requirementsGood understanding of Agile methodology, feature breakdownGood understanding of System development lifecycle knowledge including design, development and launchExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignmentGood English skills in writing and speakingAbility to work on multiple projects simultaneouslySimilar BA experience in other Automotive Financial Company or Banks preferred PMP certificate is a plus
