Labcorp is recruiting an IT Business Analyst for a dynamic team in Durham(RTP) or Burlington, NC.

　　The IT Quality Assurance - Analysis Team of Laboratory Corporation of America (Labcorp) has an opportunity for a talented IT Business Analyst to join a motivated and productive team in delivering enterprise-level solutions. The ideal candidate has successful experience defining software systems and supporting teams throughout the project lifecycle. Our team is dynamic and growing so there is opportunity to be involved in all areas of the system development life cycle and have exposure to full project lifecycle including development methods.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysisCritically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needsStrong analytical and organizational skills (required)Communicates clearly and effectively; written and verbalExperience supporting Agile Scrum and Waterfall led projectsProactively communicate and collaborate with internal / external customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development and support teams through which requirements progress.Develop requirements specifications according to and using the defined requirement process and tools, required by Analyst SOP and project guidelines: Top Team Analyst, JIRA, ConfluenceDeliver functional, non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and user interface designs.Generate current and future state process flow, and data flow diagramsGenerate software screen mock-up and prototypes

　　Requirements:

　　3+ years' practical experience in a Business or Systems Analyst roleBachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical, or science related disciplineCBAP IIBA certification or equivalent Business Analysis certification a plusExperience working in a commercial medical lab a plusAgile Scrum training or certification a plus
