This position will report to the IT director andprovide direct support to the global engineering directors. ESSENTIALJOB FUNCTIONS * Lead the realization of application strategy androadmap in alignment with the business strategy. * Manage and directresources for PLM (product lifecycle management) applications. * Leadthe research, design, and development of PLM solutions to supportcurrent and future business needs. * Collaborate with business partnersin identifying opportunities to streamline their operations withstandardization and share best practices among facilities and businessunits. * Understand the business processes and apply technologicalsolutions to continuously improve key business and manufacturingprocesses. * Serve as a central point of contact for all PLM systemadministration, implementation, and support. * Manage and lead PLM andCAD upgrade projects. * Implement, control, and monitor master datagovernance and standardization for PLM. * Understand current businessinitiatives, technology trends, and best practices for value creation.* Work with the project stakeholders to understand the businessoutcomes and strategy so that recommended solution options provide thebest fit against requirements and budget. * Manage and deliver complexprojects with a high level of quality while ensuring the functionalitiesmeet the business requirements. * Ensure business continuity anddisaster recovery for the PLM environment. * Provide oversight andcoordinate all vendor engagements. * Provide oversight, due diligence,negotiation, and coordination for PLM and CAD contracts. * Ensureproper PLM and CAD data classification, storage, transfer, processing,access provisioning, and maintenance under industry standards includingNIST-800 171 and CMMC 2.0. *Other duties as required in support of thedepartment and the company* SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES Directlyresponsible for the teams in the respective area.
