Job Description
The Hard IP Program Management Team is seeking for IP PM to support planning and tracking of IP development for the MPSI IP Development teams. Your responsibilities will include implementing and maintaining project management systems, tracking progress against plans, developing/publishing metrics and dashboards, performing analysis in the areas of critical chain project management, resource optimization, efficiency, technical indicators, and risk management. You will work independently with first line through senior management to provide regular analysis and recommendations in all aspects of project management. A clear understanding of hardware and/or software design is expected to be used to assist engineering managers in building plans and assessing their status. Candidates must have experience working within a team environment and the ability to perform in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines and multiple deliverables.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical/hardware engineering or related field. Overall with 15+ years of experience with 3-5 years of experience in program management/control, or equivalent experience.- IP (Hard IP)/SOC design development flow experience and/or understanding.- Experienced in outbound matrix multinational/virtual teams management. Also created or defined KPIs- Excellent communication skills at both technical and business level- Demonstrates robust analytical skills, adept at grasping intricate details while simultaneously possessing the ability to envision the broader perspective and guide the team effectivelyWorking knowledge of Excel, pivot tables, formulas, and/or macros, knows project management tools ( JIRA, MS_Project, etc)- Demonstrates exceptional team work. Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
